Security / Keyholding service
Based in the town of Saint Leonard De Noblat we can look after your holiday home or rental property in the East Haute Vienne region of the Limousin. We provide a high quality, personal service to a select number of clients tailored to you particular needs and budget. From fortnightly security checks, key holding service right through to full maintenance and cleaning services.
Security checks
We can arrange a fortnightly security check, checking the outside for security as well as damage, loose tiles and the state of repair of windows, doors, shutters and fencing.
We can also check inside for signs of infestation, leaks etc.
Key holding service
We can hold spare keys so that you don’t get locked out and don’t need to remember them on those spur of the moment visits, or can invite friends to stay at your property without the need to lend them your keys.
