If you have a holiday home or gîte we probably already offer a service to accommodate you, from preparation to changeovers.

Preperation

Prior to you or your guests first arrival we carry out a deep (spring) clean your property, to clear all the accumulated cobwebs and dust from the winter months. This insures that we have a known standard to which we can maintain the property for the rest of the year. We also check that everything is present and correct and all crockery, cutlery etc is clean and ready for use.

Gîte changovers

We clean every room on every changeover restoring it to its spring clean standard with fresh clean bedding, towels placed on the beds and everything smelling fresh. All hard surfaces wiped down and disinfected and floors vacuumed and mopped. The whole house is redressed and ready for the new guests.

Gîte welcome pack

A welcome pack awaiting your guests removes the strain from a long journey and sets the tone of the holiday they can unpack the car and have something to eat and drink before having to pop down the shops the first time.

Packs typically includes a baguette or more, some cheese, Jam, fruit squash and of course a bottle of wine. Welcome packs are made to your preferences with an average price being agreed and working to that budget taking into account local offers available at the time.
